I believe one of the front desk managers, african American lady grated us an early check in. We came from denver for the nuggets / grizz game which started at 230 so we really needed to get up and change. She and her agent were more than ok with assisting

Asked for a view of Memphis verafied it with the rude front desk then got a view of the lobby above the Bar and Restaurant. Very loud in our room until closing.
Ck in Staff/front desk not helpful, gave us wrong information when asked questions. In general acted like we were bothering them.
