The staff was extrememly friendly, the room was decent.
Negatives:
The noise!! A bit of road noise and mostly the noise of others in the hallways and opening or closing their doors, especially at 3 am. Hard to get any sleep.
There were blood spots on the couch. Unsanitary!

The water was cold when I turned on the shower, never warmed up, and the bathtub was backing up with grime. So even though I toughed out taking a cold shower I didnt feel very clean when done due to nasty water not draining. The parking was limited due to construction which was not told to us prior to booking. The continental breakfast was a bagel.

Nothing was good. We didn't stay more than an hour. checked out after seeing a cockroach!! YuK!!!

We checked in around 9 p.m. By 10:30 I saw a cockroach run across the nightstand between the beds....yes I immediately cheked out and got a refund. The guy at the desk had nothing to say...He obviously knew they had cockroaches!!

Jennifer, the night desk woman, was the only things I liked. She advised me to go to a fast food restaurant to have breakfast because she said there never was anything to eat there for breakfast. I also let her know about the hot tub.

I paid for a hot tub room and the hot tub never worked. Also the couches fold out bed had broken metal sticking out and the mattress had two huge blood stains. It looked like someone had a blood bath on the bed. There was no breakfast at all.
