Positives:
It was not as filthy as it was dirty in spots.
Negatives:
It was not clean. It smelled bad (like mold). The tiles in the bathroom were cheap. The door to the bathroom was delaminating (plastic). The beds were uncomfortable.
Positives:
The hotel was clean & visible from a main highway. It was also just a few minutes drive from several restaurants & grocery store. It had easy access, was small, so it was not like a maze to find your room. Staff and housekeeping were polite. No theft.
Negatives:
The first night was terrible. "Adult" noises were coming from all of the rooms around us. We had to shield our young child's ears when she could not sleep due to all the noises. Breakfast that was advertised was non existent. No good for hungry kids.

Very quiet....got a great night's sleep
Negatives:
The hotel was good, just needs some updating in the bathroom and the free breakfast needs to have more of a variety and tables to sit down at.

Very pleased with this hotel. I definately got more than my money's worth
Positives:
The hotel was clean; there's not much around, but it is very close to our family's home so we can stay there when visiting. I really like that it is clean & the bathroom is big. Also, there' a frig. I also like the price!
Negatives:
Breakfast was free, so do not want to complain; but potential guest should know there is only cereal.
Positives:
Only thing I can give good report on is the air conditioner was new and in good working order.
Negatives:
Shower and hairdryer wouldn't work. Dead bolt on door wouldn't work. No continental breakfast, or even coffee was available, as advertised.

Tile on floor was broken. Light bulbs so dim you couldn't see to read. Bedspread did not look clean. Room smelled musty.
