No ice No breakfast I booked a King Deluxe room, and was put into a double bed room. Manager woman in the morning was very rude about online bookings. No discounts for any of the missing amenities. No ash tray in a smoking room. Dirty sheets/tow

The room was clean but the bed was squeaking and very flimsy. Cheap. And the room had a couple dead roaches I saw. The location was alright. I didnt even spend the night.

The desk clerk was nice. Very kind. The staff in general was great.

It's an older hotel in an interesting neighborhood with characters. It is what it is. It was the cheapest one I could find. I think for the price they delivered.

It's in a decent spot right off the interstate and the clerk was very nice and even brought us up a microwave cuz room didn't have it but the other room I rented had blood on the sheets so that ruined it completely
Negatives:
Blood on the sheets and the bathroom tub was dirty and not even a full roll of toilet paper just got left over from the previous person just wasn't a smart choice

The fact that it has a hot tub in the room, but its definitely over priced per night. The hotel is out of date, smells like cigarettes, have seen some questionable activity in the parking lot, but its the only one Ive found with a hot tub in the room in Murfreesboro. The staff was nice
Negatives:
The smoke smell even though its supposed to be non smoking, the out dated dirty dingy look to the rooms, the old window coverings they look gross and smell bad, the fridge doesnt seem to get very cold, there was some potentially questionable activity in parking lot on different occasions that kind of made me worry about my vehicle, the room is definitely over priced for the condition of the rooms and hotel.
