Positives:
The room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
When we arrived the TV didn't work and we overheard a lady at reception complaining of the same issue.
Fortunately for us, we were able to fix this ourselves by disconnecting and reconnecting the power from the box to the TV.

Beware! Management gives your reserved room away to walk-ins and you get stuck to no place to stay.
We drove 1000 miles to have a RESERVED overnight stay here on a road trip and went to check in and they gave our room away to a walk in customer. "Ohhh we tried to call you" was their only response- no missed calls, no voicemails. I booked the room well over a month in advance. They wouldn't help at all.
We had to continue driving another 100miles with two small children to find a place to stay.

Our room was not clean, there was hair in the bed sheets, floor was dirty, phone didn’t work.
Staff was not easy to work with and hard to understand their English. Charged us for a cancelation fee when the website said “no cancelation fee” worker knocked on our door at 10pm and woke up our 3mo old baby to tell us she was taking $20 of our $50 CASH deposit due the a cancellation fee even though we were staying there. Not happy with this facility or the staff.
