Positives:
The room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Negatives:
No overhang and pouring down rain when we arrived. Shuttle driver stayed in the vehicle and had my husband a guest, go and unload our luggage and another guest out of the shuttle in the rain, he was soaked. At the desk check in the lady took probably 30 min. to check in the 2 guest in front of us. Seemed to not know how to do it and never saw manager come and check on anything. First time staying here and those things did not give a very good impression of this hotel.

The location was great, easy access to get in and out of Nashville. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly
Negatives:
The breakfast was not as expected. Definitely not the usual continental breakfast. We ended up getting breakfast at a place just down the road. The hot water for tea was extremely hot and took a long time before it you were able to drink it.

Its close to airport and you can shuttle and pay to park cheaper than parking at airport. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is nice. Its our go to hotel when flying out of Nashville
