They were very rude, they gave my room to someone else I paid online for a room with a couch bed and we had a chair when I told the lady at the front she said oh well. I have brain cancer and had to park across the street because a tour bus was blocking 6 places to park and I get dizzy when I walk

Great service. We left our room early but after our flight was cancelled the kind staff allowed us back in the room and adjusted our reservation to allow us to stay an extra night. The location is perfect, close to airport but easily accessible to rest of the city. The breakfast was also very good, nice change from typical continental buffet style breakfast.

Breakfast line was long, one was guy cooking pancakes and eggs to order. He did a great job. Flavor could have better for food and coffee. Elevator smelled of oil and the carpet was very stained
