Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

We checked in to our room and it was disgusting. Everything was stained and there was nothing listed in the room. The hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. We carried our stuff back to our car and checked out. They would not give a refund.

After the previous hotel, where I checked out, three days early , I wouldve been happy, even if this property had not exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well appointed, and the lobby and outdoor areas were well maintained. The staff was very helpful on my few requests. I will stay there again.

Property was not landscaped nor had any curb appeal. Repulsive. all kinds of trash including used condoms. Totally disgusting worst place I have ever stayed.

Took my money before (2:30) we got there (3:00) said was ok to do that.

They canceled our room, said they charged our card and it was decline, however when I checked my bank account, nothing had been charged or even looked like it was tried. We were driving to Nashville all the way from Gulf Shores, AL and had been on the road for over 8 hours with stops. We never got a notification of the cancellation, until the next morning around 9 am.

This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com. I thought your business had standards. No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. It smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was designated non-smoking. The carpet was filthy. The room and hotel looked nothing like that depicted online.
