This hotel was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and everyone from management to waiters was really great. We travel this route often and the Hilton is definitely the winner.
Negatives:
We didn't like being charged $18 to park. Every other hotel in the area has free parking.

If I ever return to...
Positives:
The hotel was overbooked, so I couldn't get the room I reserved. The TV was broken. The shower didn't work. However, I would definitely book here again. Even through there were some not so great moments, the staff worked to rectify all the problems in a satisfactory manner. Nothing is perfect. I can appreciate how the staff tried hard to make my stay pleasant.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing and we had a very restful stay. The food at the bar area was delicious. Definitely try the blackberry porkchop and chicken quesideas. Also, the service staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel is in a great location and we felt very safe and protected. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again for future visits to Nashville.
Negatives:
The commode in our room wouldn't flush, However, we called for service and they came immediately and fixed it. The hallways were so cold would have liked the temperature to be adjusted better in the hallways.
