Positives: Being able to see the planes fly right by my window, room was clean.
Negatives: The heated part of the pool was broken, I booked this for my small children to swim and the water was so cold you couldnt enjoy swimming. Breakfast was not good at all

Negatives: Hello Just wanted to let you know some things wrong with my room. For starters I reserved a room that was not handicap accessible but was put in a room that was. The first and second picture is of the button to which you would use to close the blinds. Problem being its up by the ceiling so my husband had to stand on furniture to close them. 3rd picture is of the toilet area in the bathroom. Disgusting of how dirty the bathroom was. Even on the walls as in the 6th picture. No trash bags in the waste basket in bathroom either. Picture 4 Picture 5 the microwave obviously was not cleaned either. Picture 6 the coffee pot is missing the compartment that holds the pods. So we were not able to make coffee in our room. Picture 8 the shampoo/conditioner dispenser is broken off the shower wall. Picture 9 is of our sheets. Not sure whats going on here but obviously they need replaced. Also I might add that there was an extra pillow case laying under the covers of our bed when we pulled the comforter back. As dirty as this place was I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even change the sheets. The top bed spread even has a dirty spot on it and needed to be cleaned and replaced. This room sleeps 4 and only had 2 towels. No lotion in bathroom. No laundry bag. Worst room Ive stayed in at a Home2 suites by far. Definitely the dirtiest. The way we were greeted at check in was simply the rudest by the lady working. Not sure her name but we checked in around 9:00 pm October 21. Thank you Kelli

Positives: Close to the airport. Rooms are comfortable. Have stayed here in the past. This is our go to when we have an early morning flight and need a place to stay. We live an hour away from airport and this is just convenient. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Negatives: Upon arrival the doors were locked. I think that is a great security measure. However, we arrived about 11 pm because were were coming from an evening football game in Knoxville 3 hrs away. It would have been nice to have been notified by email or notice on website prior to arrival that doors could be locked and you needed to have the company app downloaded and an account set up so you can pull reservation info up to be able to gain entry for check in. The notice is on the door but when you are standing there with your luggage and hands full it is really an inconvenience. Especially if there is not a good service signal to download. Also trying to call is out of the question unless you can find a phone number on the internet. That could be posted on door so you can call to alert staff you need in. Luckily the attendant saw us out front before I had to go through the whole process of downloading the app and setting up an account. The other thing is they did send out an email notice that due to CDC guidelines for Covid, mask were required at their location and all locations. I get safety measures and all but CDC guidelines are stating you have to or should wear a mask at that time or even now. If it is your policy that is one thing but don't say CDC guidelines for Covid.

Negatives: The pool was closed early, for cleaning. This kind of ruined my time here since we(my child, partner, and self) had finally gotten a chance to swim. My child was so happy to go swimming and she was all dressed and excited, just for it to be closed. Takela, the check in lady, was VERY rude. The app(booking.com) said that i could pay later, and took the money as soon as i booked the stay. This whole trip was horrible from the beginning. I love booking.com, but this was crazy this time.
