The location was amazing and I enjoyed having on premise self parking. The room and common areas were clean and the staff was nice.
Negatives:
The parking fee was quite expensive. The continental breakfast quality did not reflect the nightly cost of the room. It was cold, the potatoes were not cooked, the fruit was empty by 8:00am and was not refilled the entire time we were down there. The worst part about this hotel is that the room doors slam very hard and it’s extremely loud in the room. We were woken up several times throughout the night to slamming doors that were so loud it sounded like someone slamming our door. I would expect this from a more affordable hotel, but given the price point, I would expect soft closing doors or better noise cancellation.

The room was nice. The location was walkable and the view of Nashville from the room was excellent. The continental breakfast was great. The food was well stocked and there was a good variety.
Negatives:
One of the blinds in our room was broken so it was stuck halfway down for our stay. It didn’t bother us enough to request it to be fixed, but it was annoying at times. The vent above the television was filthy apparently; it would blow dirt/dust onto the dresser when the A/C turned on.
