Positives:
We loved the pool and hot tub . And the complimentary breakfast was pretty good for the most part. The biscuits were a bit over cooked.

I found someones contact lens on my bathroom floor which tells me the floors were not cleaned properly.

Location to dog show site. They allowed dogs. Good lighting outside to walk the dogs. Friendly staff to dogs.

I had someone trying to card into my room. Got a rude call from the staff. I had been there 24 hours and they were saying I wasnt in their system. First time Ive ever encountered a problem. I said I had my reservation number & my receipt from checking in and I would be right down. Now this was 6:30am in the morning. Good thing I was dressed and ready to leave! The manager accused me of hanging up on her. I produced my documentation and they said it wasnt in their system. I stood my ground and said I cant help you with your system, but I have documentation!!! They said I was taken care of. . . Not even an apology for making me come down!!! So glad I book through Booking.Com!!! I cant imagine having to go through individual hotels and dealing with them individually!
