Ice makers were out on the first, second and third floors. I had asked the front desk if there was an ice maker on the floor upon check-in. He said yes. Then, after finding three ice makers that didnt work, the attendant told me to check the one on the fourth floor. He apparently knew that was the only ice maker working! Unfortunately, my room was on the third floor. Construction was going on at the main level, but not a problem. Experienced a large cut in my leg from a piece of the metal bed frame. The mattress was not secured on the frame to where a piece of the metal frame extended out from the mattress about 2 inches near the floor. The metal piece caught my leg as I walked next to the bed. I suffered a gash in my leg about 1 inch wide by 2 inches long. I asked the main desk attendant for first aid supplies, but none were available. However, I was able to get peroxide and bandages at a drug store in the area to treat my cut. Outside the building there were only two small lights at the entrance of the entrance. It was pitch dark at night in the parking lot making it difficult to unload my car and walking towards the building. I had a flashlight, which came in handy when walking in the parking lot at night. Other than the above issues, the room was clean and very quiet.

Hotel was in the midst of renovations and we werent notified nor was there anything stated to that affect in the booking. Breakfast was minimal available. The outdoor lighting was nonexistent. We couldnt see where the entrance to the hotel was located because I wasnt lit. Probably will be nice when it is finished, but very pleasant at the moment.
