The room was very clean overall.The only complaint with the room was the gap between the doorframe and door at the entryway.I had to place a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the draft out.Possibly missing some kind of weather strip.

My chief complaint is with the receptionist when I checked in.When I arrived she was sitting in the lobby watching TV,seemed like I interrupted her to check in.She was very rude and impatient.Not what I would have expected.Very POOR service standards.

Room was clean. Furnishings, refrigerator and microwave were in good shape. Cable television and WiFi worked very well.

some little things--- Smoke alarm was missing, no tissues in dispenser, door often failed to lock when I left the room, no coffee at breakfast (coffee machine was out of order).

Its is not very far from the interstate.

The sink was dirty and the electrical box to the heating and cooling unit was out of the wall under the unit on further inspection found the box was melted at some point and the electrical wires on the back was taped with duct tape and was coming off, We did not use the unit. The door had no security latch on the inside. We did not feel safe .
