There was a guy in an old truck that I think worked there that was nice. Otherwise Nothing

The room was dirty (the toilet wasn’t even cleaned), it smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smoking room, the shower curtain was disgusting, the grounds around the complex were trashy and had a broken down cars in it. There was no place clean or safe feeling to walk my big dog. I picked this place for it’s ‘good’ rating and the photos. Wrong.

The room’s smelled like cigarettes, which was so posed to be non smoking. Cigarette burns on bedding and in the restroom. Very scary

The curtains and floor was very dusty. Light for desk didn’t work either. Also you could hear the traffic in the high way inside the room.

They allowed my pets and didn’t charge a fee for them

The rooms are supposed to be non smoking and the room I stayed in had clearly been smoked in ; heavily. If I hadn’t been completely exhausted from driving all day I would’ve requested a room change. The shower was quit tiny. If I hadn’t stayed at a motel 6 the night before I’d have had nothing to compare it to. Also; I can’t say this is the property itself or maybe just hotels/motels in Texas altogether because this is 2 for 2 and the last one was quality name hotel but I woke in the morning to find La Cucarachas roaming around and that’s enough for me to pack up and leave
