Our 2nd visit here in less than 2 months due to family medical emergency. Mr. Ish at the front desk is still just as accommodating as the first visit here! We will be having to return to Abilene frequently in the near future and we believe we found our "home away from home"! Rooms are very clean and smell so nice, starting at day one until we checked out. No outside noise at all! Ever! Breakfast is not your run of the mill "free breakfast" type hotels. This is eggs cooked to order, the waffles are fantastic, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hot/cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk/chocolate milk, juices, coffee, donuts, you name it! All in a nice dining room! The breakfast alone is well worth the price! The housekeepers are super nice and happy to help! Laundry Lady was so kind as well. It would be very hard for me to find anything wrong here....they even have Starbucks coffee in the lobby, 24/7 !!!!!! We had to extend our visit for another week and it was no problem at all, we didn't have to change rooms! Thank you Mr. Ish for your (and your staff's) kindness!

Not a thing to be said wrong with the Inn at 34 50! From the moment you walk in and you smell the cleanliness of this hotel to the day you check out, its the REAL thing. All persons working at this hotel are so kind and accommodating!

Very very clean, free Starbucks coffee in the lobby 24/7, delicious free breakfast and very friendly staff. Great water pressure. It was quiet, great location within walking distance to several restaurants and stores.
Negatives:
I didnt like or dislike this but the furniture in the room could use an update but this didnt make it any less comfortable or impact my stay.

The breakfast was good. The coffee machine was wonderful! The staff was friendly. I do want to come back in the summer and try out the pool area--it looks really nice!

The air conditioner in our room didn't work well and it was humid in the room. That made it smell a little sour and wasn't very comfortable, as far as temperature. The bed was a little too hard for my liking, but it was great for my husband!
