Staff was rude, waited 30 mins at check in because Staff said I had not paid tried to charge me after I paid online. The first room that was provided recked of smoke/mildew. The second room was not swept I had to ask staff for a broom, linen turned inside

Room wasnt quiet. Didnt get the bed I reserved. It was loud barely got any sleep. Front desk was extremely rude. No shampoo conditioner or soap. Sheets didnt smell clean at all. Blankets werent warm. I will never stay here again and I am fighting for compensation for not recieving the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk lied to me about policies.

Hotel smelled like Curry when you walked in. No continental breakfast as described online. Coffee only.dirty and stained furniture.

Check into the room. Holes in wall, dirty, shower didnt work, towels dirty, moldy fridge that did not work, mattress had cuts in it, no phone in room.. maintenance doesnt even have mops they use a stick and a towel. I have video and photo proof of all
