Your website said the room included a patio. I called the hotel the week before to confirm I would have a patio. They said all of their rooms had patios. When in reality, none of the rooms have patios. I feel it was false advertising. I only booked it due to the patio. So I hope y’all realize that’s false advertising because they have no patios.

The location was convenient to family in the area.
Negatives:
We stayed at this property over a year ago and found that it had gone down hill. Turnover of basically all staff who worked there since our last visit. They discontinued using the custom omelette bar for breakfast which was very disappointing. The breakfast was substandard. House keeping only came if requested to change out towels...we had to empty our own trash and on the last day they offered to change the sheets after 6 nights. The kitchen had a pot to boil water...there was no fry pan or cookie sheet or anything. We had to go to the front desk and ask if they could " rustle up " these items...which they did. We decided to buy heat and eat meals and eat in our room most nights. We bought a bottle of wine and there was no wine opener...not in our room...nor on the property....yet they have a bar area in the lobby with bottles of wine, beer and liquor on display. Our last visit they served wine in the late afternoon and people could socialize....not this time. They tried to blame it on Covid, yet our last visit was during Covid and we had a spectacular time. We had a room looking towards the bbq and pool area....this time they put us in the back of the property facing a parking lot with the explanation that no rooms were available....yet the parking lot was virtually empty at night? We will be looking at other accomodations next time we come to visit.

Made a reservations drove 5 hours got thier at 1 am and got all 3 credit cards declined,front desk lady was rude to me and my wife so went 5 minutes down the road and paid more with no problem of my cards getting approved
