I like closeness to food and groceries, room was ok kinda, I think it needs a deep clean furniture, carpet, etc.
Negatives:
People were out until 3 Am or longer, talking loud, babies hollowing after 9 pm. When I got to room it appeared clean, but had a smell of tobacco, smell of animal or something unclean. But it looked good. Toilet sound like it was coming from wall. Mole on shower curtain
Someone removed my do not disturb sign and.,housekeeping got me up. Last I couldn't get bottom section to accept my photos, but will hold to post.
