A very comfortable room. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. We missed the breakfast because we slept in, but in past visits we know that the breakfast is very good.

The bathroom toilet kept sticking after you flush. We had to keep lifting up the handle to make it stop. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were completely cold.i had to ask to use the microwave to heat them up.

Couch missing a cushion cover, torn sheetrock ceiling, sticky bathroom floor, calcium built up shower head, toilet that did not refill without a handle jiggle and a continental breakfast that did not look appetizing. Will not stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and tried to somewhat fix my problem with the room.

Broken curtains that wouldn't close and big holes in my sheets

The staff wasn't familiar with the area and couldn't give directions.

The staff spoke with all the clients at the front like they were friends. Seniors were having issues and they stopped what they were doing to personally help them. Sweet girls. The dog was cute too.

Reserved a king no smoking and they put us in 2 queens.
Negatives:
Not enough staff at night to handle the customers. Waited 30 minutes in line twice, once to check in and once for bed linens for the pull out sofa didnt have any blankets or pillows for the sofa. Room was very hot and ac not working well.

Large room. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
When I booked the website indicated swimming pool. The pool was not available. The pool was one of the reasons I booked it.
