It was a bargain hotel, a place to stay one night as we traveled through. A bed, bathroom and shower was our needs and that’s about all we got. Was woken up at 5am by the trash truck…. The guy that checked us out was not pleasant or attentive.

The room was bad enough to ask for a refund. The shower water control and shower head were both broken and inoperative. I reserved a 2 queen room, with remarks of be arriving after midnight. Arrived at 2AM, my original room request has the room number crossed out and i was given another room with double beds-too small! Room only has 2 towels for 3 guests, and no soap or toiletries. Shower plumbing didn't work. unsatisfactory.

My charge for the night at this hotel was $49.37. The hotel charged $99.37 to my credit card. When I called the hotel to talk to them about the overcharge, they informed me that it was a $50 deposit that was added to the charge And that it would take up to week for the $50 deposit to be refunded. There was no mention of a deposit on Booking.com. I am not okay with this extra charge.
