The room was clean, sheets were clean, pillows didn't smell funny.
Negatives:
The shower water didn't get hot enough!! Lukewarm showers are no fun. It was also fairly loud. I could hear people talking and opening/shutting doors until late in the night. Could also hear someone in the room directly above me as they walked around.

Room was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed. The bathroom sink was clogged and as we brush our teeth, the water was not going. There was not soap in the bathroom, had to stop showering to make a call for soap. The front desk lady was not helpful.

The staff is great and the location especially if you need to go to the shopping centers, food, and near the hospital.

That room was old and worn out, the tub was gross, the shower ac wasnt working correctly. Even the mirrors looked moldy. The shower head was not current out would splash everywhere. I will never stay there again. And that room has bad energy #111

coffe pot was disgustingly dirty; no free breakfast unlike every other Holiday Inn Express I've stated at. Channel lineup card didn't correspond at all with the tv/cable service. No body wash bottle (no soap) in the bathroom. Tub dirty and rusty

The pool and hottub were empty, under construction.(see photo) The girl at the desk was impatient and rude. Booking.com booked us your hotel, instead of the Holiday Inn Express. We could have gotten free breakfast and a pool/hottub for the same price at the Holiday Inn Express on the same street as your hotel. I was so disappointed. I was told by the agent at Booking .com she would negotiate with the hotel and call me back in 45 minutes. I never heard back from her. I was told I would be credited or reimbursed for the room through booking.com's agent.
