The hotel was in a good location; access on and off the freeway.
Negatives:
The staff was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. The bed was made with filthy sheets and the bedspread had blood splattered all over it. The dirty towels were hung up and smelled like cigarettes. When I called the front desk she acted like it was common and made us go to the office to get clean sheets. When I explained that it was unacceptable she offered to either refund me or move me to another room. I accepted the refund, but then she said I couldn’t keep the room. She was extremely rude and didn’t care about the condition the room was in. I will never stay here again.

Bad odor and empty liquor bottle. I use to be an alcoholic and seeing an empty bottle really disappointed me. I couldn't watch the news and the only thing I could watch on tv was old shows nothing new

The fan on the heater/AC hits on something that made it very loud. So I didn’t use it. That made it cold at night.

I didnt like the fact that i was charged for two rooms for 1 night instead of being able to have one room for two nights. I didnt like the holes in the walls, did not like the shower curtains due to the shower rods were broken to where the curtains wouldnt stay shut durring shower.
