Negatives: The room heater did not work. I asked staff for at least a space heater, but his request was ignored. The outside temperature was 36 degrees F. I told staff Ii was entitled to at least a partial refund because the room was unheated. The response I received was that management would have to deal with that, and they were away for the next few months.

Negatives: i had to leave because of work i miss her lol

Negatives: My room was facing the west and the AC was off when I entered the room (think Texas in the summer!) The room was very warm and really did not start to cool down significantly until the sun went down. There were items for making coffee but no coffee maker. I spoke with the front desk but no coffee maker showed up. Also, there was a knock at the door (I thought it was the coffee maker) I answered and two young males were asking for money. Since my motorcycle was just outside of the room I offered $5 (they asked for $10) hoping I would not be targeted. Everything was fine with my bike the next morning so it was $5 well spent.

Negatives: I payed through Booking for 1 night stay and then when I checked in Andrews motor inn charged me again for the room that I paid for through booking already. I have been in contact with them to reimburse me for this but I haven’t received any response from anyone. I’m trying to reach them at the phone number provided yet I have never received a response.

Negatives: No breakfast service

Negatives: Air conditioner was a little noisy.

Negatives: Wasn't cleaned right.

Negatives: It took up to three rooms to get it right cause they where dirty the other two

Negatives: found used condom behind the mattress.
