The sound on TV in the sitting area did not work the lady at front desk tried to fix it but could only get the sound to barely come on. She offered to move us to another room or give us 20% off which was fair.

It was clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Yes when I checked in the woman working was very rude. She talked so quiet you could hardly understand her. She treated the man who checked in before me, the same way. She didn't tell me what time breakfast was and I didn't ask. Very unpleasant check in.

Very quiet - and very close to our family destination. And y'all accept pets. Thank you!

We never saw a human resource at the Front Desk. Not a big deal - but different.
