Negatives: Room 367 I didn't like the bathtub,look paint inside tub

Negatives: after arriving at check in time we were told we had to wait an extra hour because the rooms were still being cleaned, mind you while in line they kept telling the previous guest the same thing, rooms had a horrible smell. restrooms didn’t flush, refrigerator kept leaking when we checked the room out trash bins were still full. complained to the owner and he said he couldn’t do anything since we had already “used” the room. we had an event to go to for the afternoon. i had paid the room for four nights just used it for one night and got another hotel. didn’t even ask for a refund they can use the money to hire more people to maintain the rooms better. don’t recommend at all. you’re better off going to motel 6.

Negatives: The attendant had to push a button to let me into the lobby surrounded by bullet proof glass. I was asked if I wanted to look at the room before checking in.I have never been asked that before. The room was disgusting. Also, no utensils in the kitchen

Negatives: Room needs an complete makeover! Room had an odd smell, Lamps by the bed were missing lamp shades & 1 had no light bulb. The bed's headboard was very dusty, and the top of the refrigerator was dirty. The seats on the chairs was old and extremely worn. The bath tub had black mold. The bathroom door know was barely hanging on to the door, & there was a hole in the door. Multiple power outlets did not function. There was not a single trashcan in the room. I counted 12 cigarette burns on the counter top surrounding the bathroom sink in this non-smoking room. It would be nice if the pillow cases matched, but unfortunately, they did not. On the bright side, we only saw 1 insect!
