The location was great! Very close to Globe Life Field and the trolley to take you to and from the games was an awesome bonus. There was a great selection at breakfast and the front desk staff was PHENOMENAL!
Negatives:
We were first given a king room but the toilet was backing up water into the shower when flushed. We were moved to a two double beds room. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets. The ice machines are only on the 3rd and 5th floor but the one on the 3rd floor was broken.

The staff is amazing!!! They found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a beautiful birthday card in my room and celebrated me by making me the guest of the day on my birthday. For me, it’s the little touches that goes a long way and this friendly staff and their beautiful smiles hit the target!
Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean.
