The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The one staff member we interacted with was nice. It's right by the airport and has a shuttle. The TV had enough choices for us to find some background noise while we re-packed our bags.

The shower pin needed repair but didn't interfere with showering so it was good enough for us.

Convenient to Austin airport. Staff was polite, hotel was clean. Also, liked that this hotel shared a parking lot with the Holiday Day - which had a restaurant/bar...very convenient.

everything was clean with a fresh coat of paint, and brightly lit.
Negatives:
You have to walk across the parking lot for all the restaurants, bar and breakfast facilities. Depending on the weather, this may or may not be a pleasant experience. The sister hotel Holiday Inn across the parking lot is where to stay, apparently.

Our room had a full kitchen which was unexpected. The local is great since its close to the airport. They have a shuttle if you need one. The staff seemed very nice. Another thing tge have a noise ordinance in effect after 10pm! I think other hotels

I think other hotels should implement this. Breakfast is across the parking lot at the Holiday Inn although I dont go since my flight left at 5:30am but I would stay here again if ever back in Austin.
