On arrival the manager greeted us with i don't have any nice rooms right now but will possibly have one in a couple of days. We were offered 2 rooms, both stank of dog and mold, we handed back the keys and left

Breakfast wasn’t great- everything tasted like it was made of powder.
Negatives:
The room we were first given had a horrific smell of urine. Like so offensive we had to walk out almost immediately. We were offered a new room right away even though we were told the hotel was sold out. Glad for the new room but it wasn’t a great start.

We have stayed here a few times but it has been about 3 years. The carpet was very dirty, the upkeep of the bathroom was bad. It doenst seem to be any concern to replace carpets that are brown and stained. It was disappointing bc it used to be alot more well kept

Located close to all main attractions. It doesn’t seems like it looking at the map, but very easy to go to downtown and Austin main attractions from the hotel.

Housekeeping is every 4 days. However they do change towels and trash every day.

I was in a room that was on the fourth floor and overlooking the highway. It was so loud I had earplugs and two pillows on either side of my head and could still hear the traffic very loud and the vibration of the motors below. I had one of the worst sleeps of my life, I’ve never been in such a loud hotel room with zero protection from the massive highway below
