Negatives: Everything

Negatives: You can not control the air conditioner even though it is a window unit. The room was stuffy and didn't cool until sometime after 3:00 am. The walls are thin; you can hear the traffic outside, especially the inconsiderate guy revving his motorcycle at 6:00 in the morning right outside my room.

Negatives: Dirty, dark, dank, scary, nightmare, gross, bugs

Negatives: The room, particularly the bathroom needed a complete renovation. The fixtures had clearly been repaired and replastered in place without repainting. It felt dirty even if it was not. The fridge door was open and could not be closed because of the ice build up. There was no safe. When we enquired about these things on the first night the person at the front desk said they would not do anything about them and could not secure our belongings for us. When we left the woman at the desk said they would get the fridge taken out.

Negatives: There was a HUGE ROACH in the room!!!! When I complained about it and told them we would NOT be staying there, they didn't apologize, they merely tried to move us to a "better room". For over $200 a night, we will absolutely not sleep in a literal roach motel. We booked the Doubletree down the street which was absolutely lovely. And clean.

Negatives: It was disgustingly filthy & in a very sketchy neighborhood. The floors were absolutely filthy with visible spills on them of who knows what. The bathroom door did not close because it was destroyed. The bathroom floors were breaking apart. Filthy.

Negatives: As usual at this price - the bathroom is clean but the bath tub had a rust hole. The rest is normal and clean. Sheets, sink,

Negatives: Scary bar next door.

Negatives: Our room had no phone nor alarm clock

Negatives: The photos online are not updated and the place is in poor condition. The room stank like cigarettes. Filthy ac, and mold on the bathroom. Parking lot was dirty, the pool was closed and it looks like it's been like for quite a while since it even had weeds growing around it.

Negatives: No. Phone service. Broken ironing board

Negatives: I would literally tear this place down and start over.

Negatives: Shower Was leaking whole night and noisy. Water all over bathroom floor. I moved because of that.

Negatives: I requested a non smoking room. My room was in the non smoking area but the smell of weed from my neighbors was extremely strong. The smoke detector in my room had been dismantled. The neighbors kept up so much noise when I tried to call to the front desk to notify them of this, the phone in the room did not have working buttons. I called from my cell and no one answered. I didn't have enough towels in my room for my husband and I to shower. I went to the front desk to get some only to be told they didn't have any clean. Why didn't I leave you ask? Because I was in town for the Texas Relays and all other hotels were booked. I am completely disappointed with my stay.
