Hopelessly dirty furniture in room. Terrible odors. Disgusting stay

I made a reservation for 2 nites for one person. I was charged for 2 people and was booked for 1 nite. I had to rebook for the second nite and was charged $50 extra each nite for a cleaning fee. The price was twice what I was originally charged.

The manager staff was really great! They treated us like a family. Me and my wife are really thankful to the manager Mr. Sunny for being such a great and nice person!

The price was great, and I liked the location. There were plenty of things to do, within a short walk. Staff I worked with were professional and friendly.

The facilities were not very nice. There were bugs in the room. The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

I had an infiltration of crickets throughout my stay that were hopping around and the staff did nothing about it except for the one night time girl who came in there and killed two of the crickets

Well came in to a roach staring at me. So there's that and the worse I can say is that we had neighbors that were partying all night and with the thin walls. I had no sleep so my weekend birthday vacation was ruined. There was no discount offered or anything. Spend the extra even if you're on a budget.
