Needs some TLC. You get what you pay for. Good for a cheaper hotel. Seems to run tight on staff- desk not always manned because they are running towels, restocking, doing hotel laundry, or one of their many duties. Some had to wait at check-in.

The hotel reeked of drugs walking thru the front door. The elevator was so loud we were scared we would get stuck. The room had greasy foot prints on the wall, mold on the ceiling, and the toilet barely flushed.

The decor is dated carpets cakey and dirty. Cumbersome processes to getting basics like coffee making etc yet sold as an apartment style room. Placed with this level of facilities cost a third of what I paid. Massively overpriced!

Foul smell in first assigned room; changed room, partial credit extended for inconvenience. Saw windows partly
open on many 1st floor rooms, likely for
fresh air. I only noticed ours when i closed curtains. Slippery bathtub, but had rubber mat. iron missing from room. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Included-breakfast was coffee, muffin, energy bar, fruit. May work for some. No dining area.
Room rates were exceptionally high due to an Austin event.

I was really disappointed in this hotel, it felt very dated and dirty. The beds were smaller than expected and had bits on the sheets. The check-in process took forever, which wasn't ideal after a long day of traveling. The price for this hotel is ridiculous, I've been traveling all over TX and stayed in some lovely hotels for much less. I was honestly shocked when I arrived and saw the state of the place.

Would not recommend staying here if you like breakfast at hotels. The breakfast was a basket of granola bars which shouldnt even be allowed. However the staff left us alone and the room was clean so thats nice. The only issues with the room was that there was no hair dryer even though there was a hookup for it, and the shower was not up to code. All in all not a bad place to stay, especially if you didnt spend much time at the hotel like we did as we were there for a convention. But if you are planning on spending more time there then you might consider other options. Also stupidly enough they put the vending machines in the laundry room and kept the door shut so when I tried to go get a drink it felt about 102 degrees in there. I had sweat pouring down my face and legs. And the vending machine wouldnt even take my cash on top of that.
