Positives:
Loved the size of the room, the comfort, the cleanliness, the size and comfort of the bed, lots of towels, etc. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Rooms were pretty quiet. Staff were helpful. The artwork (mural and the car in particular) were fun. The pond out back was pretty. And the price was excellent.
Negatives:
There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, just a bit past midnight, so we were locked out. After a long day, that was unpleasant to deal with. But it was soon taken care of.
There are NO signs telling us how to get to the hotel from Parmer! At night, this is particularly bad. We drove past it twice. The road / driveway leading to the hotel is not marked and could easily be missed. This was kind of frustrating.
The fridge compressor was a bit noisy, and while we could not hear people or TV, etc, we could hear people walking around in the room above us because the floor squeaked. But these were minor.

Breakfast was great! We stayed 5 days and it changed a little bit each day. There was a stove, dishwasher, a few dishes, and a full sized fridge in the room which was very handy. We were able to spend more money exploring Austin and cooking back in our room. The room was spacious. There were 3 of us and we each had our own bed(two beds and a pull out bed in the couch). The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was great, nice clean facility, warm and friendly staff and great location. I would definitely stay here again. The happy hour was excellent, we enjoyed the complimentary wine/beer and appetizers. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is beautiful and well kept.
