I was not informed that Room cleaning was now ONLY by request if staying 2 nights or less leading to a total disappointment when I arrived back to my room after a 12 hr festival. Also a weird situation happened where I was not provided hand soap my entire stay, which was not only disappointing but disgusting. Staff said they ran out of soap so then I submitted a complaint to the national Hyatt number.
