Negatives: The continental breakfast could have had a bit more selections.

Negatives: The cleanliness, the cleaning staff leaving stuff all over in the rooms being handed to guest, prostitutes walking the corridor screaming about unpaid money, musty smell that permeates the rooms, smell of piss on the elevator.. I can go on..

Negatives: My room was across from the stairs exit door so it was rather noisy when people would go in and out of there. Especially since the elevator was down during one of the nights of my stay. They have 2 elevators and 1 was only working when I arrived. However, the one that was working was down the next day, but they had no sign to say it was out of order. I found out until I went looking for staff to ask, since nobody was at the front desk. It would be great if you guys put a sign when the working elevator is out of order too and put signs to where your stairs are located in case nobody is at the front desk. The location is a bit sketchy. There was druggies outside in the parking lot when I arrived and the surrounding streets of the hotel look beat down. I should have checked the area before booking, but nonetheless, I was fine. I just wouldn't feel safe walking outside alone at night to walk to the surrounding stores/restaurant in the same lot as the hotel.

Negatives: Third stay at this hotel. It's going downhill. Three night stay. Tv did not work nearly all the stations were snowy. The maintenance guy could not fix it. Other guests I spoke to had the same problems. Toiletry basket was on shower floor instead of on the wall, reported it, not fixed. No coffee available in the room. Was told it hadn't been delivered. This suggests bad management. If there is no coffee available in the room then the coffee in the lobby should be fresh and hot. It was not! No lids available to the coffee cups in lobby. No juice available at breakfast only water or milk. Only one elevator working, it has been like that for months. Did not find this hotel gives value for money, also charge a ridiculous $250 deposit. The shower head was horrible,weak stream and took ages to get warm water. Don't think we will be back. When we first stayed here in may 2023 and dec 2023 we were satisfied. Not anymore.

Negatives: Staff told me there was no problem with a late checkout when I checked in. They confirmed, "No you are all set, I'll leave a note on your account". Before checkout, I double-checked with the front desk and they said "No, we can't offer that now...

Negatives: Small bathroom, smelly. Way too expensive for the price
