The valet guy tried to solicit a tip instead of paying the parking fee, which felt very sketchy. Also having to pay for parking in addition to paying for a room. The breakfast options were very minimal.Shower was dripping water the whole time.

The location in Downtown Austin was excellent. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the Capitol.

Building and rooms needs remodeling, everything is broken, you have to pay valet parking and you have to park your own car

Dirty elevator, room clean, but torn curtains, torn shower curtain, material hanging from underside of chair. Breakfast was ok my first morning, but the next three mornings it was sad. No one restocking, dirty tables, only fruit was oranges on 1st day.

Checking out & leaving was the highlight of this stay.We thankfully only need the room to change clothes to attend an event & not overnight.Corporate should really visit to see how poorly this facility is maintained & the dilapidated condition it is in.

This location is held together with cheap bubblegum & duct tape, structure is rusting,the metal is brittle & falling apart, the room was unclean & bathrooms covered in mold. I felt like we were in a pay by the hour no tell motel. Truly one of the worst.

Parking. Another company owns the parking lot so if you have a car get ready to pay $50+ everyday of your stay. 1 ice machine out of 4 were working. Dripping shower. Cockroaches. Most outlets/lights did not work. No microwave in my room. Internet was slow

The Valet guy was cool, he let us keep our keys, and didnt charge us full price on the valet. We paid him cash.

The hotel needs to be renovated desperately! It is over priced for what you are getting. The toilet was slow to flush, the AC didnt cool and we found two bugs in the bed. We wont be back.

My Gurl is the best. Hotel employee are warm friendly and accommodating. My stay has always been pleasant clean and comfortable. My new go place when in Austin. A safe quiet atmosphere.I never waited for a room this far.
