Negatives:
It was filthy. Stained walls, stained floors, stained curtains. Every piece of furniture looked decades old. Very poorly maintained. I am astonished that this was in a 3 star category.

The sink did not have hot water because the faucet broke. I requested a repair of the faucet. The faucet was repaired but there was still no hot water in the sink.

The location was ideal. There were many restaurants within walking distance and fun activities were close by as well.
Negatives:
The hotel was clean but old. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. The front desk staff were a mix of friendly and totally unhelpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.

We had 2 rooms. Found a dead roach on the floor of each room. Breakfast sausages were tasteless.

Yes, the lady at front desk tried to recharge me for room that I had prepaid. She said my card was declined.

The hallways smelled very moldy/musty and the carpet was very worn and torn. The hotel charged my original price for the room then an ADDITIONAL $50 a day deposit AND they placed ADDITIONAL hold in the amount of my original room charge.

1. No hot breakfast 2. Stale coffee 3. Breakfast was until 10 AM on Sunday, but they didnt have anything after 9 AM 4. Not enough toiletries even after asking for it

No breakfast. Felt like they just didn't feel like doing it. Number for the general manager would not allow to leave a message. All staff other than the front desk spoke no english and fd did not speak spanish...tried to charge me an early check in fee

I extended 3 times each time I was required to put down another $50 deposit. Since they were extensions of the original stay it would have made better sense to me if the original $50 deposit they haven't refunded yet would have carried over. Breakfast bad

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and warm. We both got good sleep.
Negatives:
Not up to par on stars. Breakfast was served on paper plates, coffee was full of grounds, carpet is torn throughout entire hotel, room was damp and musky. We did not feel like we got a good value for the money we spent on our 2 night stay. Disappointing!
