The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location in Austin. The restaurants and cafe were nice. Great outdoor seating area. Gym was decent.
Negatives:
The walls are PAPER THIN. And if you have a room that faces the atrium, and anyone is out at the bar past 10 pm, don't plan on going to sleep. There is no soundproofing. I could hear my neighbor's phone conversation, his television, and was kept up both night by the noise coming from the bar. For what we paid to stay here, I couldn't believe how awful the noise level was.

The location was amazing and the facilities were beautiful.
Negatives:
Staff was reluctant to help with billing issues, and the breakfast included required the customer to ask for a voucher. Front dest points finger at restaurant and vice-versa. The customer is stuck in the middle.
