Staff wasn't clear on reservations and future reservations. I had a package delivered and they couldn't confirm that it was received. I had to get confirmation from Fedex, walk down to front desk, be persistent and have them search again.

Breakfast was good. Love that this is included. Wish it would be served for a later time.
Negatives:
Not all front desk was helpful nor knowledgeable. I had called to get information regarding my reservations and payment and staff was not clear on status. Also had a fedex package delivered and staff could not locate until I came back to let them.know that I had proof of delivery. Made me late for work.

Loved the variety at breakfast and it was different each day. But I'm an oatmeal fan and it was great to have cooked oatmeal and not packets to rehydrate. The staff kept it restocked and clean.
Negatives:
TV wouldn't work with HDMI cord to hook in laptop to do training zoom. The air-conditioner blowing in face at night. Placement could be better for vent.

The staff was excellent. Hotel was located central to everything I needed to do.

I booked there, and when I saw the property, I absolutely was not going to stay there. It was rundown. It smelled not clean, and in general was not a place I would have ever of stayed. I asked to have the charges reversed off my card and left.
