The pictures looked nice and it appeared it was a new hotel but it was actually just a poorly refurbished one. Moldy showers, leaky faucets, unclean rooms.
Negatives:
Staff told me there was no problem with a late checkout when I checked in. They confirmed, "No you are all set, I'll leave a note on your account". Before checkout, I double-checked with the front desk and they said "No, we can't offer that now...

No bathtub, maid service was poor - they didn't clean well and didn't always add correct towels. One day they didn't make bed. When asked for hangers, they never gave me any. I had to go downstairs to get washcloths one day.

Elevator went out I'm disabled was on 2nd floor 1st night 2nd night they moved me to the 1st floor.But Ihad to carry my luggage down the stairs room .To be charges 2nd $50 deposit. DUE TO THEIR ELEVATOR OUT.who knows when I'll get my $100 deposit back

Very bad continental breakfast. Almost all carbs. Hard boiled eggs and a (as in one type) of fruit is your other option. It feels like this place was once a flagship property, but no longer. Torn wallpaper, bare minimum on upkeep. Won't return.

Breakfast was horrible. There were just two options, frozen waffles and frozen French toast. Both tasted like rubber. No bread, cereal, jam butter etc. When asked the response was that they are in the process of changing menu in a month!
