The staff were very friendly, the rooms were big, and the bed were super comfortable.
Negatives:
It was not as close to the airport as I would like, the lyft ride cost me 20 dlls. The carpet had stains, which made it look dirty. The bathroom had only 2 towels, we arrived late and were leaving at 4, no time to ask for extra towels. So for 240 for a couple hours the least I expected, if I reserved for 3 people, to have 3 towels on the bathroom.

Staff was rude when my Uber sent me to the wrong facility. I asked if there was another one in the area and I was told no. But yet she called the other and told I was coming and was rude myself.

location was fantastic. beds and pillows were comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
building was showing its age—cracks in the walls, chips in linoleum, toilet not flushing completely. No hangers in the closets. Not enough outlets for charging and no usb outlets. Continental breakfast was lukewarm even when it first opened. all three elevators closed at the same time with no notice to save us from walking to each one.
