In town for a birthday hoping to have a relaxing stay but hvac did not work and they had maintenance in and out of my room for 2 hours until they decided to move us to a smaller room. Would expect better for an autograph collection hotel. Very disappointe

Positives:
Loved the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheets, the record player/bluetooth was a nice touch. The bathroom shower was so great too with tile flooring/wall. I was in an another hotel prior, and it felt so nice to be in a cleaner facility.
Negatives:
Perhaps the location, but it works great if you had to be close to campus. The noises on the road if on 3rd floor could be heard, but overall not bad

The location was perfect and close to city attractions. Also, the staff was nice and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and the bed was heavenly.

The pillows could've been more comfortable, there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the valet parking can add up pretty quickly.

You walk through the bathroom to get to your room. There is no fridge and no ice machines in the floors. We tried to call down for ice and no one answered. Eventually I called the hotel outside line and spoke with someone. We waited 30 minutes and no ice. I called again and eventually after
More than an hour I got ice. At 8.30 in the morning housekeeping rapped on our door and asked if we were checking out. Nice.

Positives:
The staff was great all around. A beautiful hotel.
Negatives:
No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I had my 2 dogs with me so I was not able to go downstairs and sit at the bar and restaurant. The mattresses very too hard and very uncomfortable.

Even when I asked for the toilet to be fixed, it was not done. After that, I complained and moved the room, but they did not say sorry and assigned me to a smaller and worse room.
