The fact that they said breakfast was included and they gave us a sack breakfast. A muffin with a sausage and biscuit that had to be warmed up. Also it was notes on the site that they had a gym which they didn’t.

The toilet had but residue on it and the bed made a sound and the area was sketchy … I was scared to wash so I went to bed with my clothes on and left at 5 AM
