Positives: I arrived at the hotel and wasnt able to check it. They were checking other customers in but then told me I had to wait a few hours before I could check in. Then the elevator broke.

Positives: Comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and it was good.
Negatives: No vending machines. We wanted a bottle of water and a soda. The hotel sells them in the lobby. When we went down to buy one, there were 2 lines of people waiting to check in and the lines were moving very slowly.
