I was looked at like at like a third rate citizen and was charged extra because they said the room rate was different, and then I never stayed in a holiday Inn that,made u pay for breakfast... never again and iam a IHG MEMBER WITH HIGH STATUS WITH THEM I WILL NEVER STy at that location ever again

I arrived at the hotel and wasnt able to check it. They were checking other customers in but then told me I had to wait a few hours before I could check in. Then the elevator broke.

Comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and it was good.

No vending machines. We wanted a bottle of water and a soda. The hotel sells them in the lobby. When we went down to buy one, there were 2 lines of people waiting to check in and the lines were moving very slowly.
