The floors in the room were sticky. I got a wet cloth to try to clean that part of the floor and when I was done, the cloth was filthy. The floors dont seem to get mopped. The AC unit was so loud I turned it off. Bad room. I was just too tired to go through the process of complaining and moving. Also there was a slight odor of urine.

We came in at 10pm, asked if she knew where we could get a cup of coffee. She was so kind, she brought out all the coffee items for us - we had a delicious cup. Above and beyond is what I say.
Negatives:
We stay here 2-3 times a year while traveling. We have never had a bad experience.
