My room wasnt ready at the check in time. We had to wait 30 minutes while they clean the room. Were 3 people they only leave 2 bath towels. They didnt leave extra sheets for the sofa bed I called them and they told me to go get it at the front desk. In the afternoon we lost the energy power. The person in the front desk couldnt give us a response, she didnt know anything and didnt know how to solve the problem. She was in-polite and told my friend that if we like we could go to another hotel. They didnt offer any polishing or any discount or anything. We paid more than $200 and not a good service. The personal need to be trained in customer service and more personal to have the rooms ready and with good service at least the clients could receive what we need or what we expect.

The location was good as far as convenient to where I was going, but traffic sometimes made it difficult to get in/out of the entrance.
Negatives:
The drain in the shower/tub was not working properly and the water drained very slowly. Several men were loitering in the lobby when I checked in and after I came back from dinner who made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

It's the place to stay wonderful accommodations. Beautiful women.
Positives:
The location was perfect because I was back and forth between Harlingen and Brownsville. The places I went to seemed so close to the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the lighting in the restroom was perfect.
Negatives:
There was nothing wrong with my stay! I loved it and would definitely book again.
