Carpet ripped out for Linoleum floors in half of each room with a pencil thin carpet on the other side. Cold and noisy! In my room, shower had no place to put soap and shampoo. Just an awful experience.

Front desk was very friendly, but very ill informed about ESPN being available she was the reason we booked this hotel because we confirmed it with her ahead of time and she remembered speaking to me when I checked in.
Negatives:
stains on the carpet, smelly room bathroom looked very old and needed attention and most of all we booked it because we were told there was ESPN and there was not so we spent $200 on a hotel room for no reason.

Large clean comfortable room. Rhonda at the front desk was awesome!

The first night, of a 4 night stay, my dog got sick. I went down to the front desk early the next morning to get cleaning products, including baking soda, to clean it up myself. I then asked the housekeeper a few hours later if she could come in and vacuum up the baking soda. When I returned that night, it was still there. The next morning I asked a different housekeeper for the same thing. Got back later that night and it was still there. Went to the front desk and requested vacuum for the next day, still nothing. The housekeeping staff was rudely loud every morning of our visit. Yelling down the hall to each other.
