The location was the only tolerable thing about this hotel

Advertised and booked a room that didn't even exist. Asked for non smoking in three different areas while booking due to severe allergies and was placed in a smoking room. When asked to change rooms I was told " Well so in so has spent hours cleaning that room so it should be fine". You could smell the smoke frome outside the door. Finally got a room change that the bathroom door didn't shut, it was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and made so much noise with the slightest movement. There was no breakfast as advertised either.

Breakfast was a waffle and an apple LOL Bed was uncomfortable. The towels 2 per room and way to small and thin. The jacuzzi heater was broken. So not a good experience for a hotel named QUALITY INN

There was animal hair all over the bed spread. The door would not lock securely.

The staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The 2 beds we did have were comfortable.

Room was supposed to have 4 beds, 2 queen and 2 full. It only had 2 queen. I had to put my 3 teenage kids in one bed. So, they were very uncomfortable. That's why i reserved a room with 4 beds.The room was pretty dirty with hairs everywhere and the floor was dirty. The hot tub didn't work. I feel like they gave us a different room than the one we paid for.the bed covers had stains or were not washed.

Great bargain for short or...
Negatives:
Soover priced! Charging $--- for a $--- Motel. Rate increased because of monthly flea market. This Motel needs maintenance, painting, etc. Room was not clean. Rolling chair in room was broken. Breakfast was a joke. A roach in waffle maker, rotten milk.
