Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Room 107 has a hole in bathroom wall. Sheer curtain, no blinds, no privacy. Anyone could look in room from outside.. Stains on the furniture (the chairs). Stains on pillowcases and stains on the walls. Pet hair on the carpet. I expected more cleanliness for the price of $ 385 for two nights.

It was just filthy. There was dog food all over the carpet and tile. The next day I asked to have the room vacuumed and it was never done. I never received any new linens, toilet tissue, trash removal, or anything else. I had to ask for those and a new coffee maker and the one they gave me at the front desk had an old coffee filter in it and it was filthy. The coffee at the coffee bar was like mud. They didn't have any cream or stir stix. When I asked for it I was told they didn't have any.
I used the laundry facility and it was filthy as well. There was so much lint on the walls from the dryer they looked gray. The gym is in the same room as the laundry and it was filthy as well. Only 1 of 3 washers worked and the area where the laundry soap is added was so caked with detergent it didn't work very well. I could go on but I think anyone can imagine what I am talking about. Wouldn't say here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
