The cleanliness of the checkin desk and room, attentiveness of the desk staff, the ease of accessing wifi (was given the password at checkin), and the clean caulking in the bathroom and sink areas.

I didn't like the spring in mattress and how bright all the lights were.

GREAT LOCATION to HOBBY AIRPORT.
STAFF and OWNERS were great!! Very clean property.
CLOSE to restaurants, grocery stores.
I would stay here again.
Negatives:
There was a LEAK from the HOTEL ROOM above mine...into my BATHROOM.
Hope that they get this fixed for that BOTTOM FLOOR HOTEL ROOM.
